Your data stays yours. What we do with it during a project, and what this site collects about you.
On your projects
Never used to train a model
Your data serves your project and nothing else: not a provider’s model training, not work for another client.
Inside your environment
We work on your infrastructure, with only the access you grant us, in line with the GDPR. Nothing leaves it without your say-so.
A model to match the sensitivity
Proprietary models from the major providers, or open-source models deployed on your own infrastructure or with a European hosting provider. We make that choice with you, during scoping.
An NDA from day one
We can sign one at our very first conversation, before you tell us anything about your data.
Results you can check
Our assistants cite their sources, and every system is measured on your real cases before it goes live.
Everything is yours at the end
Code, models and documentation are delivered to your repositories. The access you gave us is closed and our working copies are deleted.
Would you rather sign an NDA before going into detail? We’ll send you one.

This site collects as little as it can: it doesn’t track your browsing, shows no advertising and never asks you to create an account. Here is what we collect when you write to us, ask the assistant a question or book a call, and what you can do about it. We never sell or pass on your data.

Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly (United States), whose calendar opens on this site when you choose “Book a call”. The details you enter there (name, e-mail address, answers) are collected by Calendly on behalf of Airbay Data, which uses them only to prepare and hold the call, and keeps them for three years after your last exchange with us.
The calendar only loads when you open it, and Calendly may then set its own cookies. See Calendly’s privacy notice.
Browsing and cookies
Pages are served by our host, Netlify, which processes your IP address and your browser’s technical information to deliver them and protect the site.
The site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so displaying a page sends no request to a third party.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify, Anthropic and Calendly are based in the United States. Data entrusted to them is transferred there under the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@airbaydata.com; we reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
